Our auction group has sold condominiums, a small island, all types
of land, and commercial and industrial properties at auction.
Many families, major banks and law firms, large corporations and
even the federal government have solved surplus real estate disposition
needs by our auction services.
From local communities to Main Street, you find a competent
auction staff ready, from east to west and north to south; our
services are available to you.
Whether you are buying or selling homes, land, recreational
property or commercial real estate, we can help. Our residential
staff has years of experience. Many of these agents have earned
professional designations such as ABR, GRI and CRS.
The commercial agents have met the needs of major corporations
by providing site selection, build to suit and disposition services.
Lead by a CCIM, the commercial team works in multi-state areas.
The leader of our land group is active in the Realtors Land
Institute. The land brokers provide development, buyer and seller
representation, traditional and auction marketing services.
Our valuation services cover both real estate and non-realty
assets. The team leader led a national valuation group prior
to joining our staff.
